The Leica CM1800 cryostat features a motorized coarse feed that enables rapid trimming and sectioning of standard and non-standard material. The motorized course feed allows the user to trim from 1 to 60 um with a 59 mm vertical stroke and a 25 mm horizontal specimen feed.
The Temperature settings on the Leica CM1800 can be set between 0° C to -35° C; and equipped with a temperature shelf that cools to -45°C.
